DORAI is open to operators who are not UAV manufacturers and wish to collaborate on industry requirements.  Our founding members represent a diverse group from across Europe, and more specifically France, Italy, The Netherlands, Switzerland, Belgium, and Greece.

Together, we work towards harmonized and modular solutions in the unmanned aviation industry.

Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile

The Fédération Internationale de l’Automobile (FIA), founded in 1904, is a global organization dedicated to the governance and promotion of motor sport and mobility. With 242 Member Organisations from 147 countries across five continents, the FIA serves as the authoritative body for world motor sport and a coalition of leading Mobility Organisations. In motor sport, the FIA ensures that events worldwide maintain fair, regulated, and safe standards. In the realm of mobility, the FIA advocates for safe, sustainable, affordable, and accessible transportation for all road users, engaging actively in global advocacy initiatives to achieve these goals.

ANWB/ Royal Dutch Touring Club

The Royal Dutch Touring Club ANWB is the largest not-for-profit association in the Netherlands, with over four million members. ANWB offers a unique blend of advocacy and service activities aimed at promoting the interests of its members in mobility and tourism, contributing to a more sustainable society. Its wide range of services includes roadside assistance, insurance, travel services, and retail. Comparable to the German ADAC and the British Automobile Association (AA), ANWB supports all modes of travel and provides test reports and travel services.

ANWB Medical Air Assistance

ANWB Medical Air Assistance (ANWB MAA) is the primary provider of medical air transport in the Netherlands, conducting over 10,000 flights annually for four trauma centers and the Regional Ambulance Service Fryslân. Operating 24/7, ANWB MAA swiftly deploys mobile medical teams to accident scenes by helicopter. Collaborating with PostNL Medical Drone Service (MDS), ANWB MAA is working towards establishing a nationwide drone network for medical and social purposes, such as transporting blood samples.

Helicus

Belgium-based Helicus, specializes in drone logistics, providing fast, reliable, and scalable transport solutions since 2016. Founded by medical professionals, Helicus operates medical drone delivery services under EU regulations (certified LUC holder) and formally collaborates with over 48 acute hospitals. The company offers its technical solutions to operators and manufacturers:
(1) automated drone cargo ground handling (Drone Cargo Port), (2) operator U-Space compliant fleet management software, and (3) technical advice to develop use case-specific payloads (DORAI compliant). These solutions aim for volume, going beyond manual flight operations.

Avionord

Avionord, based in Milan Linate, is a fully Italian airline specializing in private flights. With a fleet of 7 Bombardier Learjets 40 and 45 for short and medium ranges, and a Challenger 604 for long-range flights, Avionord offers super-fast, safe, and comfortable travel for business and leisure. Distinguished by high-quality services, Avionord emphasizes comfort, refinement, and the professionalism of its team, ensuring each flight is planned and executed with precision, flexibility, and complete respect for privacy.

Delivrone

Delivrone, a French start-up, is revolutionizing the medical delivery industry using drones. Focused on life-or-death situations, urgent matters, regular transport, and on-demand delivery, Delivrone aims to transform how the world breathes and moves with sustainable and innovative delivery solutions. Committed to creating a world with less pollution and fewer traffic jams, Delivrone strives to ensure climate-neutral operations. Their mission is to become Europe’s leading provider of drone deliveries, changing the delivery landscape for good.

HUSI (Hellenic U-Space Institute)

The Hellenic U-Space Institute (HUSI) is a pioneering non-governmental organization dedicated to promoting advanced air mobility and integrating unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) into the Greek U-space. HUSI engages with public bodies and industry professionals to standardize Advanced Air Mobility regulations, helping to understand the emerging legislative environment and familiarizing citizens with new technologies. HUSI aims to develop urban-scale drone procedures and operations, fostering a UAM ecosystem through memberships and partnerships. HUSI’s focus includes enhancing drone path analysis, minimizing battery consumption, and managing urban air traffic to make UAM a reality.
